BIO

Born in Naples, he received his degree in Physics in Milan, where he resides. He professionally dealt with IT in several companies, in Italy and abroad, becoming specialized in design of IT systems and managerial training. He is an adjunct professor at the Bocconi University in Milan where he coordinates the IT Systems and Communication Technologies area at the Master's course in Tourism Economy, and he is research fellow at the Dondena Centre for Research on Social Dynamics. He has conducted research activities and published works in the field of technologies for tourism. He has taught and spoken at conferences in Italian and foreign universities. He is currently working on the implementation of chaos and complexity theories and the analysis of networks to tourist destinations. He has received a Ph.D. on this topic from the School of Tourism, of the University of Queensland, Australia. (CV - pdf file)
