CheftoChef emiliaromagnacuochi: “for a regional gastronomic platform”

BBS hosts an event of great importance to the Emilia-Romagna region, our territory. The members of CheftoChef emiliaromagnacuochi will be presenting the program EXPO 2015 : “for a regional gastronomic platform” .

The chefs, professionals of taste, are at the center and at the service of the industry. Restaurant, production, and distribution businesses together with the institutions of the region can reach the world and have it reach back. An organized regional gastronomic platform is necessary to succeed. These are high quality local initiatives with partnerships of mutual respect between chefs and producers. Extensive conceptual chains and high professionalism are integrated in areas where everyone makes their own contribution .

7.00 pm Italian aperitivo with the chefs and producers of Emilia-Romagna
                 cuisine d’auteur
