However, new restaurants concepts many times lack in authenticity and the entrepreneurs miss the most relevant business basics expressly related to the food industry.
The ability to engage customers in a unique experience combining food, environment, people, and emotions in a sustainable business is the key managerial competence that this program aims to offer.

A 7 days intensive program to convey the major competences on how to open and run a high quality restaurant. Academic lectures at Bologna Business School will be combined with in company visits, extended wine & food experiences and leader’s corners to see first hand the current Italian gastronomy excellence.
In addition the program offers 7 days equivalent of distance learning and the analysis of your own business before and after the classroom.
Each participant will have 3 guided sessions on “Build your own business plan” to help future entrepreneurs to structure their business plan with BBS faculty.
